Electric Safari is the only place in Colorado Springs where you can see over 85 one-of-a-kind light sculptures while celebrating the season with our animals at the same time! This year’s event will celebrate 32 years of holiday cheer, and Santa Claus will be listening to wishes December 2-4 and 9-23. Come celebrate the holiday season with sparkling lights, animals and fun for the whole family! Advance tickets are required.

Gingerbread Run Fundraiser & Free Indoor Family Friendly Festival @ City Auditorium (Community Cultural Collective)

We host free events to bring the community together in a dynamic way. During this festival enjoy:

 

  • FREE Entry for all Festival goers 
  • Lively decorations
  • Door prizes for those dressed in costume
  • Live reenactment of the Gingerbread Story (by a local theater group)
  • Several photo booths to capture the moment with loved ones
  • Games & Music
  • Shopping opportunities
  • Food & drinks available for purchase via Parry’s Pizza
  • Vendors/Sponsor spaces still available
  • Join the Fundraiser Run for only $20 and receive a commemorative pin, awards for the top 3 runners in each category, and a gingerbread man to eat at the end of the race! Parents of racers, a sports photographer will be onsite during the race so keep those phones in your pocket and cheer on your racer with some pom-poms or other noise makers we will have available to the audience!

Come enjoy our wild winter wonderland at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo’s Electric Moonlight! This 21-and-up evening event offers all-inclusive samplings of food, beer, wine and spirits; live local musicians; a chance to visit Santa Claus and over 85 staff-made light sculptures throughout the Zoo. And, discover larger-than-life illuminated animal inflatables and light displays synchronized to music are on display throughout the Zoo. (No one under age 21 will be permitted, including no children or infants.)
