It’s a new year and a fresh start for the ColoradoSpringsGardenTour.
The primary fundraising activity for FOX is its annual garden tour. Since the tour’s inception in 2011, this popular event has been in various Colorado Springs locations, including Village Seven, the West Side, the Old North End, Patty Jewett, the Broadmoor, and north central Colorado Springs. The 2023 tour is near downtown in the Divine Redeemer and Middle Shooks Run neighborhoods. Visitors may walk or ride the 2-mile circuit from garden to garden in this
“Collage of Gardens.”
Tour attendees observe gardening practices including water conservation, xeriscaping, and raising vegetables. Expert gardeners are at each garden to answer questions about plants and gardening practices. Plein Air Garden Artists augment the experience.
Tickets will be available through eventbrite.com and in select area garden centers beginning May 1.
